Appointment requests are managed one request at a time.

Approve only the appointment you intend to confirm. If a buyer submits multiple requests, respond to each request separately. You may approve one request and reschedule, decline, or cancel the others as appropriate.

Inspection, appraisal, and follow-up requests may all be legitimate separate appointments.
