This form takes you room by room. What are the measurements? Any updates or remodels? Here you give more detail about each room in the home. Provide as much as you can for best results.
Media Uploads
Go to your media page and upload all your photos. For your video tour you need to upload that to your favorite video hosting site like Youtube, Tiktok or Rumble and then provide the share link on this page.
Document Uploads
Your Broker wants the most current Deed or Public Record and the most recent Tax Assessor Record from your public records office in the county seat. If you have other documents to provide that you have not provided in other forms, here is the place to upload those documents to your Broker.
Submit for Broker Review
Once you have confidence you have successfully completed the modules above, you are now ready to submit them for Broker review.
