• The Pro Package: You handle local field work (being our eyes, ears, hands, and feet), and I provide expert training, support, and guidance via calls, emails, and chat.

• The Ultimate Package: I handle the field work for you or partner with local professionals who know the market. You can even hire licensed agents for specific services like showings on a per-flat-fee basis.

Who We Help

These low flat rates are designed to help the middle class by focusing on non-commercial, non-complex properties with a purchase price below $500,000. For commercial or complex properties, or those over $500,000, I typically charge a 1% commission.
